Terms of sale

These terms regulate ticket purchases and the management of date changes and refunds for the show.

We recommend reading them before completing your booking.

You can request a refund or a date change up to 24 hours before the show starts. If the show is modified or suspended for reasons attributable to Tablao Flamenco Las Setas, you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for your tickets.

1) Refund policy

You are entitled to a refund up to 24 hours before the show starts.

2) Date changes

You can request a date change up to 24 hours before the show starts.

3) Non-nominative, transferable ticket

The ticket is not issued in a name and is transferable.

4) Loss, theft or misplacement

Tablao Flamenco Las Setas is not responsible in case of loss, theft or misplacement of the ticket.

5) Changes or suspension of the show

Tablao Flamenco Las Setas reserves the right to modify (date, time and artists) or to suspend the scheduled show if required by technical or artistic circumstances or force majeure.

6) Refund due to changes or suspension attributable to the organizer

In the event of a modification or suspension of the show for reasons attributable to Tablao Flamenco Las Setas, the customer will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for their ticket(s).

7) How to request a change or refund

To process a refund or date change within the indicated timeframe, please contact us via the contact page form. Please provide the show date, the number of tickets and your booking reference.
